I need to get an updated serial number , as they offer for free on
their web site, so I can continue to use the latest version of
Mighty Fax. I have made numerous requests of them to provide me with
said updated S/N which they ignore.
I think the software is great, and as a long time user don't really
mind paying for the new version as well, but have a big problem with
RKS Software due to their lack of response.
A SORRY way to do business and to treat a customer!
