I downloaded it, got my USb driver updated, but it says my phone isn't connected. I don't know how to connect my phone to the program. I have a Samsung SCH-r410 and I connected hte phone with a USB. I have all the settings right but I'm lost. I have a Vista also, we have no more XP in our house hold. Help?
