why my rather new (2013) expensive HTC ONE X PLUS SMARTPHONE can not be updated ,from HTC FACTORY , to ANDROID KIT E KAT ???any time ai ask for updates ,the answer is : your device is updated !!.......BUT ITS ANDROID S.O. IS EVER JELLY BEAN.
